high quality
good quality, not a 100% match to what I had on the mower, but near enough. To clarify, it was not advertised as a perfect match, but it looked near as damn it, and it is. I am completely happy.
With the wheel, anyway. If I was completely happy, somebody else would be worrying about this kind of stuff while I relaxed with a drink.

close, but no cigar
On the plus side, it was way cheaper than the pattern part, and it does work, I can now open the side door of the van, so, mission accomplished. On the minus side, although it does sort of fit, you have to force it in to the door, you need someone on the other side to push it as hard as they can to get the nut on, and even then the metal plate on the inside will not go on the first attempt, you have to tighten it right up to force it into the fitting then start again, and afterwards the handle is just a tiny bit crooked, which means it leaks inside the door just a little bit if it rains sideways on to it.
However, it is an old van and I really didn't want to pay 50 quid for a new handle, so, no regrets. I would recommend it if you feel the same way about your van. If you are Pedantic Peter Perfect, then go spend 5 times as much elsewhere. Your door will still open the same.

just the job, good quality and easy to fit. self adhesive backing means you can position it before drilling with it securely in place.
