  The item I received was exactly as described and pictured. They also took the utmost care in the way they packaged everything. I could not have been more pleased with my purchase. We had a bit of a hiccup with shipping with USPS. However, this seller went above and beyond for me to get it straightened out as much as possible on their end. Furthermore, when I had questions about my item after it arrived, due to (my own) user error, they were extremely helpful, patient, and informative. Amazing!
