Great Yeast
This is a great Yeast for brown ales and porters. A pitchable qty in every sachet.

Great for home brewing
This is a fantastic temperature controller for homebrewing it’s modular if you do have problems with it it’s easily replaced for $25 most of mine that I’ve had over the years of lasted about 2 1/2 to 3 years before they’re just unserviceable but they get constant use at my house. Another good thing is that if you notice that they’re out of calibration by comparing them to another thermometer that you trust you can go in and adjust it there’s a calibration mode in there where you can adjust it by how many degrees it’s off I recently did this with one of mine where it was noticeably 2° off I compared it to other thermometers that were in agreement and then I just went into the menu and adjusted it by 2° so now that it’s calibrated this will be the process you do until it just gets so far out of whack that it’s better just to replace it.
