Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution
I bought this book because I wanted to lose five pounds quickly. Years ago, I had Dr. Atkins' first edition, went on the no carb diet for about two weeks, loved the freedom of eating all the 'good' things I liked, but didn't eat sweets, starches, etc. that are bad for a person. I have at times remembered the first book, and decided to buy this one on Ebay. My experiences with Ebay have all been very good. I would say most people who are selling on Ebay are honest folks.

Lightweight and excellent rolling ability
