Most compact ITX case to host 5.25", 3.5", 2.5" at the same time

I've been searching for a compact ITX case that can host 3.5" and 2.5" at the same time. Apevia X-FIT-200 is by far the most compact one. The case is well built. With the stock PSU removed, it is very spacious inside and easy to work with. The front panel cables/wires are easy to detach so I removed all unnecessary ones. 1. I removed the PSU since I am using a Pico-PSU for silence and better efficiency. 2. I put a 3.5" 5TB HDD in the 5.25" bay so that I can remove the 3.5" caddy so that I can put a 80mm fan (using the existing holes on top and rubber fan mounts) on the top for better cooling. 2.5" HDD stays around 31 degree C and 3.5" never goes beyong 40 degree C. Cons: the power and HDD LEDs are too bright.
