Good design but pretty poor sound

I bought this to replace a Motorola Bluetooth headset. The reviews were good and the product looks great. But o have had a LOT of complaints about the sound from callers who say the cannot understand me. Wish it worked better.

Good but not orrfect

Like the product but it is not perfect. Comes out of the CD slot pretty easily. But overall, works well.
