  They shipped my order quickly and the bag was packed solid, not fluffed up like some I have bought. I have a minor complaint. The picture showed a smaller round lobed oak leaf like a white oak, but I received large pointy leaves like a red oak. The description did only say oak leaves and that is what arrived. I just prefer the rounded leaves. I'll be using pointy ones for a while because they packed a ton of them in the bag.
