Maybe good for you.

Perfect
Love having the individual bags. The bags are zip lock sealed which is good to a point. Only advise is don't pour the salt from the bag if you want to use the ziplock feature on the bag, the salt gets in the track of the ziplock and you cant use it unless you take the time to clean in out. Otherwise will be defiantly buy again.

Temporary results, if you have time to use 2-3 times a day then it's for you. You will see results for couple hours then muscles relax and go back to original positional.
