Went into the engine real easy

It looked like my pad, so though it would work, I heated up the plate and pealed the rubber off and mounted to my plate and it worked great.

Like the old one, but new
It fit like the old one, but the flywheel don't hit anymore. Haven't tried starting the engine yet.
