Not what I expected
4 von 5 finden das hilfreich I have a set of Henckels flatware in a different pattern (Opus), and Provence is much lighter weight, except the knife which is quite heavy. The design is pretty, but the utensils don't feel as substantial or comfortable when held. I was disappointed but kept the set anyway. Oh, the sugar shell is very cute!

I love this blanket!
I was delighted to find this IKEA Ofelia blanket on eBay, since it appears that IKEA has discontinued it. I had a hard time locating my first Ofelia blanket at IKEA three years ago: IKEA would not take online orders for it, and it wasn't available at the IKEA nearest me (100 miles away). Luckily, a friend from out-of-state found one and gave it to me as a gift. The one I found on eBay was almost double the price of the one bought at IKEA, but my adult son loved mine so much, that I wanted to send him one as a gift.
It is lightweight, but warm. It crunches up well, so that I can always get it into a suitcase or tote bag if I'm going away (and I always take it with me when I travel). The material is synthetic, but it's soft. It's elasticized in a unique way— It kind of looks like popcorn or bubbles. When mine was new, it wrapped around me like a cocoon, and I found it to be quite comforting. It can be spread on a bed like a bedspread or piled, stretched out, balled up, or folded. It looks good all the time. I really love my Ofelia blanket, and I recommend getting your hands on one while you can. I liken it to the adult equivalent of a baby's security blanket.

The Little English Handbook
While this book is not an exhaustive resource for English (American) grammar and punctuation, it is the best I've come across in decades. It is well- organized and concise.
