Perfect no matter who you are!!!

I am a yoga instructor and YogaKids is pretty much the bible for teaching children yoga. It has great terminology, beautiful photos and descriptions, explains many reasons why children should do yoga, as well as specific health issues that can be addressed with yoga. This book is perfect for not only yoga instructors but parents and school teachers as well. I WISH someone had introduced yoga to me as a kid instead of giving me a bottle of Ritalin!!!

Great way to revive your prayer actions!!!

I love this book! It is super interactive and perfect for small groups. Priscilla tells it like it is and doesn't hold back. Her no nonsense approach makes you want to scream at the devil "hey idiot, get out of my space!" I can't thank her enough for writing this book, it is more than a book, it is a study guide, work book, war plan, action plan, helper, friend and more xo
