  Received clock with a broken glass contact seller but did not want to help with a replacement glass, post office try to deliver it the package on Saturday and Monday when I received the box on Tuesday, box was not damaged but when I open the box glass was everywhere, seller claimed post office handled the box two many times If the clock was packed properly no matter how many times the post office handled the box it should arrived with no broken glass

  First off, I been packing clocks sold on eBay for shipment since 2008. I know how to pack and protect. I paid $9.20 more in shipping cost over the amount the buyer paid and the clock was insured for up to $100.00 According to the tracking history, USPS tried to deliver 2X without success. Anyone with experience in shipping knows how these packages are handled by USPS, UPS, etc. Buyer could go to USPS to collect for the damage, that's why I paid the extra shipping costs. Maybe he is too LAZY!
