Good adapter, works as it should.
The item I received was a little different than the picture. The picture shows a rounded XD section with ridges. The one I received is the usual more boxxy design. The XD card goes in easily. I did notice that the SM part of the adapter fits a little tightly in all my SM slots, so it takes a little bit more force to push it into the slot. It isn't to the point where I think it would harm anything. Just different than an SM card or the other two adapters I have.

Pro Design, Budget Build Quality
The design is very good. There's an optional heavy-duty collar that you can lock down onto the threaded tube with a drum key. It won't damage the threads when you tighten it. That part can be unscrewed and removed so you can just have a regular clutch. The build quality and precision are at the "low budget" level. The main weakness is that interior threads weren't cut very precisely. With care, I expect it will last for light duty.

Super-quality build, Great Sound, Versatile
The design and build quality and excellent. The controls feel more solid and precise than any other pedal I've ever owned. The range and "curve" of the controls is also very smooth and well-implemented. There are two modes, classic (tube screamer like) and modern (more gain, and a different distortion character). It really feels like the two modes give you two pedals in one. The bass & treble controls seem to act above or below a mid point, but turning both down just cuts level and doesn't give you a strong mid-boost sound as I had hoped. (that's my only gripe).
