Damaged because of terrible packing.
5 von 6 finden das hilfreich The mouldings were good value but the packaging was very poor. The pieces were packed in a simple box with no packing protection. Two of the pieces had kinks in them. I did a little hammering out but still noticeable. I and I'm sure anyone would pay extra for properly packed pieces.

A poorly supported WiFi product
I bought this WiFi adapter for my TV in order to connect to the Internet. I followed the quick setup directions exactly but could not get connected. I called the vendors toll free number twice only to get recordings but assuring me that someone would call within 24 hrs and they assured 100% satisfaction. No one called. I dug deeper into the confusing instructions for other options without luck. I was about to give up when I plugged the device into my laptop and was finally able to connect. I then transferred the device to my TV and it somehow worked. Over 3 days I spent a good 3 hours trying to get it to work. It should have taken 5 minutes.

Good things in small packages
I have this one in my front hall and its great and the Google Home app works really well.
