TYPE 3 Saw Owners READ THIS!!!! You will be happy you did.

DW708 Type 3 Owners READ THIS: This type 4 armature WILL WORK in a type 3 motor. You have to remove the commutator end bearing and replace it with a 638-2RS bearing (8mm x 28mm x 9mm). Be sure to use the rubber cup bearing holder from the original commutator end bearing. You may or may not have to move the belt pulley out away from the windings to line up with the other pulley. I have used this type 4 armature in my type 3 motor with the above bearing swap and it works great. I'm so happy I tried this. Now I can keep the saw that has served me well for so may years.

YOU NEED THESE!!

Everyone needs several of these, at least one for every grinder they own. I enjoy using a tool with this handle mounted on it. The grip is excellent and feels very nice. This handle reduces the tool vibration transmission to the user's hands. I can work longer, get more accomplished, and feel better when I complete the task. Purchase just one and try it out. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
