It works
Works as described. Plug 'n play. 40GbE is a far-cry from dial-up networking. Satisfied customer.

Better than expected
I tested the CD and 6 of 8 tracks were 100%. While that means 2 tracks had defects, they read at 99.9% so pretty good actually. Sound is better than expected. May have to upgrade sound system to get most out of CD ... Szell, Cleveland Orchestra, playing Wagner. C'mon man!

Works fairly well
Was concerned about the mini-SAS connector interfering. It doesn't. Was concerned about the firmware.
No problem as long as you follow instructions exactly to the letter, making fw current works well enough. Would buy again now that I'm ok with risk / reward ratio.
