From the start she was reassuring, professional, trusting and confident after I sent her an email stating how concerned I was about ordering a second hand painted decorative plate because one month earlier I had ordered one from another seller and it arrived damaged. The item was beautiful exactly like the pictures. It arrived fast and she cut me a deal. Great service and personable. She even sent me a thank you card. I highly recommend anything this lady sells.     Disappointed...never received item. Tracking cont'd to show USPS created label but awaiting package. Took a few attempts messaging seller to determine if item sent. Received apologetic confirmation & would chk w/post office & inform me of outcome. I didn't hear back, so after 18 days from purchase, requested & received refund. Neutral review recognizing things happen & giving seller benefit of the doubt that USPS lost package within their system.
