It came to me broken and even that, the umbrella couldn't get in because the metal part in was deformed!

I am not happy with this item. It came in one package with tripod but only the trpod was in a box. This holder was outside the box and was broken, because of the low quality of the plastic. Very dissaponted alsow that my umbrella couldnt get in because of the metal part in the shoe that was deformed The middle part wich was suposed to change position of the flash is not working in each direction neighter...
