New old stock, but high quality,
The ones I received had a 1974 date code, but I'm restoring vintage electronics so I have no problem with that. I would recommend "reforming" the dielectric before installing the capacitor; this procedure is recommended for any vintage electrolytic capacitor made before about 1980. Basically, introduce the capacitor to low voltage at first and slowly raise the voltage to the rated 12 volts. I have a vintage Sprague capacitor analyzer and reformed mine; all 5 had acceptable leakage currents of about 0.005 mA after reforming.
