great Idea, I bet some improvements Will/should come

#3 Worked fine, but took some time and multiple efforts to get all I could get out of the "from canister"
The vent function is a nice feature to get the remaining gas out before recycling the canister.

the Jury is still out
I wanted to see if it could improve oven spring in my sourdough bread. The jury is still out on the matter. There are too many factors involved in the bread making process. Time will tell if it was a worthy purchase.
