Great price for a back-up tripod, may use it as a primary.
This tripod was purchased as a back-up (to a Benro Travel Angel Carbon Fiber) and used during a trip overseas. The build quality, weight, and stability is about equal to the primary. The only difference I noticed was that the center column has more wiggle when moving it up or down, but is solid once locked in place. The included ball head is stable but must be set slightly higher than you want with the weight of a dSLR and a 55-300 lens as it was end up just a tad lower than set.

Much of the content on leadership you've read before but in a quick digestible format (about an hour read) using the context of the North Pole. This is a good book for those new to leadership or small business, and experienced leaders can glean a few tips.
Neewer Pro 69mm Tripod Leveling Base with Offset Bubble Level

An important piece of equipment for pano photography.
Great for setting up a panorama shot. It weighs a bit more than you might expect, but I have no reference point as to whether this is what to expect. Build quality is good, screw lock and leveling base have not lock-up thus far (only used it down to 30-40F temps so far). My tripod included the 3/8-1/4" screw adapter that was useful when needing to attach the ballhead to the leveling base. The included bubble-level is essential and I wish there were another set of bulls eye circles near the center to fine tune the leveling ever more. Certainly not a deal breaker by any means.
