The shipping was very fast. Unfortunately a piece of the item was broken. I notified seller within minutes of receiving the item regarding the broken part. Seller responded immediately and was sympathetic. Seller offered an alternate item but I was unable to use. I opted for a refund which I received within minutes. Was not required to return . Very satisfied with the sellers response from start to finish. It was unfortunate that a piece was broken but the service was outstanding.

CHEAP

This DVD is cheap. It won't advance from the first scene, the fish and butterflies are fake. No nature sounds. DISAPPOINTMENT.
