For balancing digestion, these work well
I take one of these every day to balance digestion. They work well. I used these specific probiotics all last year, so have reordered another year's supply. Very good value, especially if you buy the larger pack.

Comfortable nights
This bed cradle is the answer to our former disturbed nights. The frame holds the weight of the sheets and duvets and that means my legs don't have to! It is really comfortable and it means I can toss and turn in the night without pulling the covers off my partner or myself. I recommended it to my 93 year old Mum and to my young friends in their 20s. IT's not an age thing. It's a comfort thing.
This particular frame is sturdily made and adjustable in height. Finished in white it even looks good. But more importantly it functions brilliantly.

Good VFM. Quality tape.
Really good for stretching watercolour paper. Wider, so fixes the paper to the board more easily.
