Fun and captivating
These are my daughter’s favorite books in both 3rd and 4th grade. She has learned a lot about different countries, States etc. They have a high entertainment value and keep her captivated. There are larger colored words and bigger vocabulary words introduced. It reminds me of a book that teaches them without them knowing. As in it’s super fun and they do learn from them. She’s my kid who thinks everything is boring. She’s very creative and smart but find most things mundane. Getting her to read daily for school was very difficult but now it’s easy. She reads way past her 30 minutes a night reading homework with these books. I haven’t noticed anything inappropriate. There are many characters with interesting and varied personalities all interacting with each other on adventures and in mystery plot lines. Great pictures and color. I highly recommend these.
