An even better solution
It is a good apparatus to scare cats. However, a clever cat finds out that the signal that scares the cat stops as soon as the cat is standing still. This means that if the cat just waits a few second, the signal will go off.
Our cat has found out about this. She rushes into our greenhouse where we hav a cat repeller and jumps up into the chair where it can rest and take a nap.
The solution, we have found out, is to have two (or more) of the cat repellers in the green house. Then the cat get stressed and leaves the green house.
