It’s a beautiful little sculpture
I’ve made dozens of beer can alcohol stoves over the years and even bought a few, but the RUCAS HD is my favorite. I have a fancy feast cat can stove that will boil water slightly faster and requires no priming, however that is more than offset by the beautiful sculptural quality of this little gem. It’s beautiful, durable, lightweight and works great. Definitely my favorite. I could never make this at home.

I’ve used the Nitecore NU25 headlamp for night hiking and other general use for the past 5 years. It’s as close to perfect as a gear item can be. Nitecore tried to “improve” the NU25 and of course they made it worse! That’s why I had to go to eBay to find the original model. This is my 4th NU25! I lost one on the Arizona Trail, I still have the other two and they work great. I just wanted another new one before you can’t find them anymore.
