Great range of models
A fantastic and varied range of buildings which are relatively easy to assemble to create a small old-style US town centre. Good value, too.

Great book
Nicely written overview of an interesting period which, although maybe written by an architect for other architects or architectural enthusiasts, is a good read. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great book!
This is a fascinating book, illustrating a good variety of failed buildings, some well-known, others not. It's printed on matt paper which gives it a vaguely retro feel - it reminds me of old colour picture books of the 1950s - and in this era of glossy rerproduction it did make the £25 cover price seem a wee bit high. The translation from Italian is perfectly OK, although sometimes it seems to me to capture what I imagine was the flowing lyricism of the original language. But these are minor quibbles. If you're interested in abandoned buildings, you'll enjoy this.
