Great solution to a problem that many people are facing with Direct TV and an older receiver
Great product at a great price. If you have an older receiver that you still want to use, this is the product that you need in order for your Direct TV to work with your receiver.

Provides a level of added protection.
Love to use it when I walk, the compact design is great. I will say that I had to spray a little WD40 on it because it didn't want to retract all the way at first. Now, it works great. I definitely recommend it.

Organizational Behavior
It is a very good book. It goes into a lot of things that go on in Organizations, and in many instances, it offers solutions. For a person just getting into the workforce, it will provide a lot of insight as to what goes on from the Management side of the house. An excellent textbook.
