Wise perspectives on the 2nd half of life
This beautiful book offers deep, sound support for people exploring the gifts, challenges, core themes, and shifting priorities that show up in the second half of life. Like "Falling Upward" by Richard Rohr, and "Finding Meaning in the Second Half of Life" by James Hollis, Angeles Arrien offers piercing wisdom on this crucial topic--and does so in an uplifting, enjoyable way. (I also recommend her title, "The Four Fold Way," as well as her TED Talk, which you can find online!)

Brilliant and Wise Guidance from a World-Class Teacher and Author!
Angeles Arrien's teachings are a gift to this world. For anyone pondering the second half of life--no matter your age--you can't go wrong with this book. The core themes are timeless--and her manner of delivering them is direct, compassionate, lighthearted, and accessible--referencing many sources of wisdom. As always, she is supportive, encouraging, spiritual AND practical...and as real as it gets.
