Decent quality at the price.
Irwin Quick-Grip 1964749 Mini and Micro Bar Clamps (Set of 6)
I haven't yet used them, but they look like decent quality.
The set is 3 pairs of different sized clamps. The two larger sizes have identical gripping mechanisms - only the length of the bar is different. The smallest size clamp has a smaller grip and smaller bar.
The grips are plastic except for the stop (which grips the bar), which is metal. The clamp pads are soft plastic, almost rubbery. The pads may be removed to expose the hard plastic of the bare clamp.
The bars of these clamps are not the I-Beam ones made by the same mfr; they're simple metal bars, nicely finished with rounded edges. I've seen the I-beam models, which look heftier.
Thee look strong enough for the household/hobby plans I have for them.

Solid U-shaped lock
Good, solid strap locks. They're the horseshoe type, with a spring-loaded pull to unlock. One minor turn-off is that the overall height - that is, how far the strap lock sticks out from the guitar - is pretty high. No laying your guitar in the case with the strap attached, unless the case's padding has a recess.
