  SELLER CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER THE END OF AUCTION SAYING ITEM GOT DAMAGED WITHOUT CONTACTING ME DIRECTLY BEFOREHAND. IF THAT WAS TRUE, THEN WHY NOT CANCEL MY BID EARLIER AND REMOVING THE ITEM WHILST THE AUCTION WAS STILL ONGOING? DELIBERATELY CANCELLED MY WINNING BID AS THE SELLER DID NOT GET THE PRICE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR!!! THE SELLER HAS HISTORY OF THIS AS CAN BE SEEN IN FEEDBACK COMMENTS.   Buyer refunded the two seperate video purchases i made based on the videos being either damaged or no longer available. Shortly afterwards the videos were relisted at higher prices. Obviously wanted more money for them and did not make contact before or after auction to let me know otherwise. Dissapointing and wasting peoples time.

  The seller gave me a partial refund after I left neutral feedback explaining that the laserdisc had quite significantly perished but had not mentioned it in the listing. I had not otherwise been contacted via eBay message by the seller. The issue remains that the seller had hidden the state of the disc by not mentioning it and not showing images of the actual disc. Thank you for the partial refund, that is still appreciated, but it doesn t change the primary issue.
