Great for taking immediately after a workout
30-60 grams of these = fast carbs! Consume immediately after weight training along with protein and it will help with muscle recovery.

Really Good Quality
Well built solid quality magnifying glass! Doesn’t come with batteries, requires 3x AAA. The white LED illumination is good. The mini 90X loupe is also a nice addition and handy. If you are looking for one on eBay this is the one you want!

Covered in oil with bad welds on feet.
Covered my T-shirt in oil from removing it from the box. It's like a big black oily oversized dirty wok and mine had shoddy welds on the legs. Certainly not the clean well made brushed steel like the photo portrays. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately!
