Not as cool or powerful as expected

The fan does not blow as much air as I would have expected even on maximum,
Even with cooled water and ice blocks the air isn't that cool, actually disappointing, I did expect better, considering the advert write up,
The water container is awkward to take out, having to remove the cool water suction device and replace it again, very fidley, and not good for an aged person, with limited mobility, as for cooling the volume of air advertised, I don't think so,
