Solid unit but fragile ball!
The ball broke after half an hour.

Looks good but useless
I was pleased when first received but the attractive wooden shoe horn snapped in 2 on third use. Maybe I wasn't gentle enough, but it obviously wasn't very robust for the job. I haven't had a problem like this before though. Shame.
