It Does Work ...
... if you use it EXACTLY as directed. That means a two-hour prep time with the product pasted on your skin with saran wrap. The numbing effect lasts at least an hour. I can't say it completely removes all sensation (like lidocaine used in dental work), but I'd say 80% of the feeling is gone for cosmetic tattooing work, which should be good enough. A bit pricey, though.

Great historical find!
This is Lee before the sequins. His amazing piano skills are front and center. You see a rare piece of early TV in glorious low tech. This show was filmed at the former KCOP studios in Hollywood where legend has it Lee rummaged around the prop department and thought, hey, maybe this candelabra would look nice on the piano!
