K&W Fiberlock Head gasket & block repair

I bought this product for a "just in case" situation. I was told by a master mechanic that it works really well. He is also my cousin with more than 40 years in the automotive repair field. He used it on a Ford Bronco with the 5.0 (302) engine. His employee had replace the water pump on his engine and tried to get away with not replacing the inner gasket on the aluminum spacer ( the piece between the water pump and the block) these are apparently noted for leaking when you remove the bolts holding on the water pump as these same bolts also hold the spacer to the block and the simple task of removing these bolts cause the inner gasket to leak. Well his gasket leaked. So he put this product in and the leak went away. Has been working for the last year already. I had to do the same water pump but I went ahead and replaced the inner gasket as well. I don't have any leaks so this product will sit on my shelf until me or someone else has a problem. So I personaly cannot say how well it works but if my cousin says it is good that is good enough for me. I haven't found where he has been wrong yet.

Fit great. I didn't like the plastic connectors that came with them so I used some SS nuts and bolts where possible. The keep the mud off great.

Trash compactor switch.

Looks oem. I haven't installed it yet. Bought it because another switch failed and I might as well replace this one as well while it is apart.
