"A" claps vertical positioning
I finally position the two A metal claps in the groove inside of rain guard and was able to raise both windows without problems. Instructions only had unconvincing photos and written instructions. Two rear windows guards are ok. Where do I positioned the clap? Place guards on outside of claps. Third pic.

Wrong Waist size
This particular did not fit because it was not the Comfortable Waist Fit like my other two pairs of UB Tech pants. I learned something new that they come in Regular Fit and Comfort Waist Fit.
