too easy to bend
I have a 40kg bar which is quite difficult to bend repeatedly in training sets so I thought the 30 kg bar would be good to build up strength. However, the gradation of difficulty is not set correctly as the 30kg bar is ridiculously easy to bend - I was expecting it to be 75% of the strength of the 40kg bar.
