It's working wonders for me
I was advised by my physiotherapist to try this mat to relieve some back issues and sore muscles.
I decided to jump straight in and remove my top trying the spikes on my skin directly. It was prickly, but that sensation only lasted for a few minutes. After about 5 minutes your whole body relxaxes and its almost 'trance like'. I have to set an alarm to wake me up after 30 minutes as I invarioubly fall asleep!. Can't recommend this mat highly enough for the pure relaxation benefits. It also helps my muscle spasms to subside. Wish I knew of these mats years ago!

Quality blade, well priced.
Good quality blade. Needed a bit of fettling to smooth the ridges on ground edge but easy to do.
After honing and then polishing it now cuts like a razor blade. Really good price and will buy again.

Lightweight with great features
Lightweight to put up, strong and does an amazing job of reducing the wind in a really exposed part of my field.
