Fun With Nature Book
My 3 year old son and our entire family are loving this book. It has information on many of the common critters and nature that we find every day. It doesn't fill the pages with every mundane fact, but only the main points of interest which is perfect for the young ones whose attention span is quite short. I bought the paperback version because it is loose leaf bound. I took it apart and put each page in a sheet protector and then the whole thing in a 3 ring binder. Now we can take it with us to the nature and don't worry about damaging the book. The artwork is astoundingly accurate as are the descriptions etc. My only complaint is that I was disappointed that there are not many mentions of alternate or common names of several things but its ok because the pictures make them easily identifiable regardless of the name. I think this will be my son's number one go to book for years to come. And I've learned from it too!!!
