OEM is Original Equipment as Manufactured...well worth the investment in time and money!
So far so good! Seems to be working fine now! I enjoyed the challenge of removing the old one and installing the new one! Not for the faint of heart....

Prefect for me in rise and reachand fits the three most popular bar diameters.
Excellent riser angle and it accomodates three sizes of handle bars with the shims provided.

I Am Glad to Have Made This Purchase
A much more natural product than the clear silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) more commonly available. And it is non-slipery and environmentally a much better product than silicone, IMHO...
