  Service and delivery excellent. Immediate email thanking for purchase plus confirmation and advising item would be sent next morning. Email confirmation of item when posted and tracking. Item arrived by day two, only slight issue that Evri did not ring doorbell so decided I wasn’t in to receive package, although I was. However they delivered next day no problem. Item exactly as described/shown - new duvet cover set in original packaging.

  So, there was a problem with the original delivery, and this EBayer could not have been more helpful or responsive in sorting it all out for me. Totally wanted to make sure I was happy with the transaction, which I was. Managed to turn around what could easily have been a negative experience, and I do recommend this seller. Item exactly as described, and just what I wanted at a good price. Came very well packaged, and the postage was extremely reasonable for the weight.
