  Very reasonable postage charge and packed in the original box. Even better than described as I opened the box to a brand new item which has been meticulously cared for and gleaming. Superb value indeed. Excellent communication and now need to worry or hesitate in buying from this gentleman.

  Well, seing as I live alone, and after delivery I immediately put the package safely away in a cupboard for a few days before I opened it (yes, I actually have other things to do!) there is no way the Chinese bowl was smashed whilst in my posession, despite the seller s repeated claims that it was broken after delivery. The courier must have dropped the package, breaking the bowl. Having said that, the seller has given me a partial refund (the Chinese spoon was intact) so I am satisfied.

  The photo taken by the Evri delivery person showed no damage to the packaging. I did not accuse you of breaking it! I simply said that as you hadn't opened the package FOR 4 DAYS, the damage could have happened whilst in your household, unbeknownst to you. You asked for a refund, (only the bowl was broken) so I offered you a partial refund which you accepted. Going forward I would suggest you open packages on arrival to remove any doubt as to their condition on receipt!
