Good shampoo for gray or silver hair
I have been transitioning back to my natural gray from having been dying my hair for 10 years. The shampoo keeps the blonde and yellowish color from looking too yellow and the gray looking pretty. It is very reasonably priced compared to some other "blue" shampoos for blonde/gray/silver hair.

Helps with hot flashes
After I went off hormones I got very uncomfortable hot flashes. I tried other replacement options then read about Menopause. After about a month of use I had far fewer hot flashes. I take additional primrose oil and black cohosh to supplement the Menopause capsule. I also like that it is a small capsule. I wish it was a little less expensive but I am miserable without it!

Lightweight but workable
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich My favorite hair spray was a Sebastian one that was discontinued. I tried this one based on online reviews and it is a good replacement for the discontinued one. It is also a very tall bottle so I think it is good value. I love that spray comes out in a fine mist so it is more controllable and does not get on my clothes or go on in big wet sprays. I hope it comes in a travel size.
