Laptop wont activate windows op system

The good - Good looking, lightweight laptop, low price, and excellent sound. The bad - shipping was delayed from the guaranteed date by 10 days. Delays can happen esp during holidays. The real bad was the laptop had a windows licensing issue that would not allow activation. The system was installed with a volume licensed windows 10 pro but the unit is licensed for windows 10 home. If buying one of these make sure to ask about this issue before purchasing.
