Good product

Not happy
The rear drag system not working only found out when away on holiday carp fishing and caught a 18.5lbs mirror carp may I say I also bought 2 ,12foot 3.25test curve and 5000fs reel. Happy with these one other problem is registering them with Sonia the rods are Vader x any help would be helpful
