Just what I needed!
I have a 34 year old John Deere 160 with a Kawasaki engine. This kit has not been available through Deere in years. I'm glad I stumbled upon this NOS. The only reason I clicked "NO" after "Easy to start?" is that it really isn't applicable to this product and "N/A" wasn't a choice.

Just What I Needed for my Bolens 5120H
My garden tractor has not been manufactured since the 1990s. The previous owner cut the original torsion spring, rendering the safety feature of the mower's discharge chute inoperative. I found this (now rare) part on eBay, and it has enabled me to restore proper function of the discharge chute.
