Nice hand axe.
The axe seems solid and sturdy but, on arrival, in need of sharping. It may be policy to only sharpen to a limited degree before dispatch and shouldn't really distract from its build.

Heavy Duty Rat Trap

Are you supported?
I have had to replace this type of toilet seat hinge twice now. They break at the first screw hole on the part of the hinge that hooks under the bottom of the actual seat. The reason for this is that their have been no support underneath the bottom of the hinges on our seat and all the weight is put on the hinges screw hole weakness.
This is because on some seats like ours there is no support between those lower hinges and the actual basin. This eventually breaks at the screw hole.
Because of this I have attached two wooden support lugs under the back of the seat to give that needed support. This only applies to the type of seat without them of course and is not a design fault of the hinges as such, only that they could be stronger, so no supports are needed.
