Klien 60407 Full Brim Vented Hard Hat
For having the Klien Name, it was much less expensive than I would have guessed with being Vented and having an attached Headlamp.
The only Con I can give is the Hat is on the Heavy Side. Not uncomfortably Heavy that you need to take it off often, but heavier than most. My other main Hard Had is a Lift, very light, so I notice the weight right away.
The Ratcheting Dial Tensioner is the best I've experienced so far. Tightens and stays tightened.
Suspension is very comfortable. The Padding sits just right and feels good on the forehead, even in really hot weather (Arizona Summer).
The built in Headlamp really surprised me. It is a good quality Headlamp and is positioned in just the right spot. Can be angled almost straight down to the brim to straight ahead and stays in position. It locks into a pre moulded slot in the front or the back of the hat (or you can use 2, front & back). I ran it on a combination of settings for 5 Ten hour nights without having to replace the batteries or any dimming.
The Vents are well placed and very easy to open and close (You need to take the Hard Hat off to reposition vents).
If you work in dark areas, I do recommend giving this Hat a try, for the price, you will not regret the purchase.
