I bought a belt and buckle set from this seller. I paid $20.00 for shipping. When it arrived, the price of shipping on the package was $7.85. I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund on shipping. The seller declined my request. I understand sellers keeping a few dollars extra for shipping but I overpaid by $12.15. This seller made no attempt to help me out.
